Download the companion app, power on your feeder, and follow the in-app setup wizard. The feeder will create a temporary WiFi network that you'll connect to during setup. Once connected, you can configure your home WiFi credentials through the app.

You can schedule up to 6 meals per day with customizable portion sizes for each feeding. The app allows you to set specific times and adjust portions from 1/8 cup to 2 cups per meal, giving you complete control over your pet's feeding schedule.

The feeder works best with dry kibble ranging from 2mm to 15mm in diameter. Avoid using wet food, semi-moist treats, or irregularly shaped kibble as these may cause jams in the dispensing mechanism.

The feeder stores your feeding schedule locally, so scheduled meals will continue even without WiFi. However, you won't be able to make remote changes or receive notifications until connectivity is restored. The feeder will automatically reconnect when WiFi is available again.

Yes! The food container and feeding bowl are both removable and dishwasher-safe (top rack only). We recommend cleaning the feeder weekly to maintain hygiene. The dispensing mechanism can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
